AXAVIAedb-PD provides you with a predefined data model for plant engineering. Structures for plants, media, pipe classes, pipelines or KKS functional groups are available. In addition there are extensive data models e.g. pumps, valves, vessels or EMSR points.
AXAVIAedb-AD uses the data from mechanical or process engineering and supplements it with information for automation. Measuring circuits, field devices, signals, bus systems or IO cards are specified and are available for documentation.
In addition to drives and their supply, define circuits, frequency converters or protective elements and add the relevant technical data. Simple calculations such as the energy balance support the engineer in his daily work.
The integration of CAD documents into a professional document management solution ensures permanent access to your documents. Title block data is filled in automatically. The title block data and revision tables are automatically matched bidirectionally between the metadata in the database and the title block in the drawing. For multiple sheets of a document, multiple title blocks are also used in the database. Thus, managing multiple sheets of a drawing is not a problem, even if they have different title block data. Predefined CAD frames and title blocks in the libraries complete the offer.
AutoCAD Plant 3D Plug-In
AutoCAD Plant 3D is a software solution for creating process flow diagrams, plant layouts and piping isometrics based on AutoCAD. The engineering database of AXAVIAseries is a solution for the
specification and documentation of technical plants. The plug-in connects these two solutions. Already during the creation of the P&ID's or the plant model the
automatically builds up the engineering database in structured form in the background. The information is synchronized bidirectionally, thus guaranteeing that the data on the drawing and in the database are identical.

Via AXAVIA Manager you have online access to the engineering database and can thus enter all technical data in AutoCAD P&ID. Of course, the technical data of the parts are also synchronized between the database and AutoCAD P&ID. Labels are thus automatically updated when data in the database has been changed.
