Capture project requirements accurately
At the beginning of projects or changes there is the exact requirement in the form of requirement and specifications or contract documents.
The requirements can be recorded in any number of language versions and form the basis for communication in international projects. Reports for requirements and specifications provide perfect requirements documentation for the project. Already specify in the requirements by whom and by when they must be completed.
Status tracking gives you an overview of the implementation of requirements at all times.

Detailed project requirements
Clear project structure
Clear project structure plan
The work breakdown structure breaks down the overall scope of a project into subtasks and work packages.
In a clear representation you structure your project and use this for a quick view of your project. Especially in the start-up phase, this is a helpful method for structuring the project.
Task planning with manageable work packages
Divide your project into manageable work packages. The detailed tasks are defined for the individual work packages. For each task, the responsible and involved employees, required resources, as well as effort and duration are defined. The costs are calculated from the stored hourly rates and surcharges for various expenses.
For a clear presentation, use the Gantt chart to schedule work packages, milestones or tasks.

Perfect resource planning
The tasks are assigned to the corresponding resources. The permanent capacity alignment provides you with the basis for your optimal resource planning and unforeseen bottlenecks are better managed.
In interaction with the assigned working time models, the effort and duration of the planned tasks are determined. Freely available resources are displayed as well as resource overloads. Employee qualifications are also taken into account for task allocation.
Employee deployment plan
AXAVIA supports you in scheduling your employees and with the planning board you keep an optimal overview of what your colleagues are currently working on.
Of course, the planning board also takes into account information from various modules and displays additional vacation information or duty rosters.
Multi-project management
With AXAVIA you can handle several projects in parallel. Comprehensive information such as resources or deadlines are available for all projects at any time. Duration and costs, as the most important key data of a project, are cumulated and provide you with an overview for project control.
- Overview of all tasks across all projects
- Presentation of current milestones from all projects
- Resource utilization across all projects
Project controlling
The permanent monitoring of tasks between the TARGET and ACTUAL situation is one of the essential tasks of the project manager. The employee records his actual hourly effort as part of his time recording and posts his hours to the corresponding work package. The project manager evaluates the progress by recording the remaining value or the completed portion.
AXAVIApm determines the delay from this and passes on the status to the project manager. As soon as a task is off schedule, this is reported immediately. Thus you always have the certainty that no time deviations will be
will be lost any more. A permanent target / actual comparison of the project prevents a nasty surprise at the end of the project.
- Actual times are entered via time recording
- Alternatively, the actual times can also be entered manually
- The residual value estimation is used to determine the degree of completion of a task
- The actual costs are determined via the hourly rates of the resources
Project Journal
Use the project journal to document information about the progress of a project. It includes information such as project goals, schedules, tasks, responsibilities, budget and resources, as well as updates and feedback. A project journal serves as a record and reference for the project management team and helps track progress and identify and resolve issues.
Transparent project manual
In the project manual, the various contents of the project are compiled into a manual
- Requirements
- Work packages, tasks and milestones
- Dates
- Project Team
Various reports for the project manual provide consistent project documentation and you thus create the necessary transparency in your projects.
