The AXAVIA base system is the basis for all further modules and is always installed. The essential basic functions are available here so that AXAVIA can be used. Based on these basic functions, all further AXAVIA modules are optionally available.

Company organization
The company structure with locations, departments and employees is mapped in AXAVIAseries. The company structure is among other things the basis for resource planning.
The location of an employee is used to define the location-related data for further applications.

Project & Document Management
For project-oriented work, projects are the starting point for your work. Structure your projects in any form and manage information such as project number, designation or project manager. Project-related documents are stored directly in the project in a folder structure.
By specifying the customer, the project is assigned to the business partner. This allows you to keep track of your customer projects. Convenient search options support the search for the desired projects. Select your most important projects as favorites and you have access to them at any time.

Article management
Manage your material master with the essential data and create your own catalogs with AXAVIAseries.
With AXAVIAseries catalog management you manage technical, commercial and geometric data equally. Depending on the application and product, the scope of data varies. If for simple commercial products it is only the commercial information for the quick and easy creation of offers, products from the technical area can be equipped with corresponding properties for the specification. The storage of data sheets rounds off the material master. Use the material master for all further activities, e.g. preparation of quotations, specification, parts lists, engineering, up to maintenance.
Direct and easy access to specification data enables a high degree of standardization. Use the CAD plug-in libraries and increase your productivity.

Research & Query Tool

Logic analyzer
The logic analyzer provides the basis for the automatic control of the entered data. No matter if it is about mandatory fields which have to be filled in or about the correct input of article numbers, postal codes, document numbers or labeling systems. Multilingualism for international use
AXAVIAseries is equipped for your international use. On the one hand the user interface is available in German and English. On the other hand you can handle your projects in any language. Even Cyrillic, Japanese or Chinese characters are processed correctly. You define for your user interface which languages are relevant for you. Simplify the processing of international projects this way.

Units & currencies with automatic conversion
Smart data fields know the SI system of units. The correct unit is used depending on the property. Conversions between units or display units support the user during data entry. AXAVIAseries also supports the use of any number of currencies whereby an automatic conversion optimizes the input. Exchange rates are retrieved from the ECB on a daily basis via an AXAVIAonline service.

Workflow, revisioning, change & release management
A multi-stage release process is available for the change and release process, which is two-stage (check and release) in the standard configuration. In connection with the login, the corresponding user is entered with the check and release date. Released objects are made available again for editing in a new revision. You have access to the old versions of an object at any time. Revisions are identified by the revision number with the corresponding comment. The object status gives you information about the current status at any time (In progress, In review, Released, Out of date, ...). Use the workflow not only for documents, but also for any kind of objects. From a certain status of a project it is necessary to record all changes exactly. Especially in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, exact reproducibility is required by law. It is possible to trace at any time who created an object when and who changed it last. Via a change log, all changes to the data, such as who changed what and when, are precisely documented and can therefore be traced at any time. Important events or changes can be monitored and automatic notifications can be sent by e-mail. Individual objects, object groups or status changes can be logged.

Evaluations, lists, reports & statistics
All lists and evaluations are automatically created by AXAVIAseries. Templates can be used, which can be easily created in Word and provided with placeholders for properties. The full graphical functionality of Word is available - even the structuring of the outline, headers/footers, tables of contents and tables can be used for the forms. In addition to RTF report generation, List&Label with comprehensive report functions is also available. The object model can be evaluated with simple queries. All properties - both editing fields and
as well as calculated fields - are available. The generated reports are managed in the document management system.
