5.4 Mailworx

We use the mailworx software to send and analyze our newsletters. mailworx records the opening and click behavior. Specifically, the following information is tracked: time of delivery, time of opening, duration of opening, IP address of opening, email program used (mail client), which link was clicked and the time of the click.

This data is stored and processed for the sole purpose of sending recipients customized and relevant content. This data is processed exclusively within the European Union and is not passed on to third parties or merged with other data. The data is stored until the newsletter is cancelled.

5.5 Use of Google services

This website uses various services of Google Inc ("Google"), if you are a resident of the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited. Exactly which services of Google this website uses, we explain to you in the following.

5.5.1 Google Analytics

5.5.2 Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of the company Google Inc. or for the European area Google Ireland Limited.

Within the framework of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked across AdWords customers' websites. 5.5.4 Google Recaptcha

We use Google's reCaptcha service to determine whether a human or a computer is making a particular entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google uses the following data to check whether you are a human or a computer: IP address of the terminal device used, the website you visit with us on which the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, the recognition data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks that require you to identify images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our side in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated entries (attacks). 5.6 Online application

You have the option of sending us an application online via our application form. In the course of your online application, we will collect and process personal data from you for the purpose of carrying out the application process. Only the data relating to your application that you provide to us will be stored (in particular master data; communication data; if you also provide us with: certificates, additional qualifications, curriculum vitae, salary requirements, earliest possible starting date, any messages and content relating to documents uploaded by you). As soon as the form is submitted, the information will be forwarded to us.

The legal basis for the implementation of the application procedure is Art. 88 para. 1 DSGVO in conjunction with. § 26 para. 1 p. 1 BDSG, for the storage for future application procedures Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 7 DSGVO, § 26 para. 2 BDSG.

We store your data until the application process is completed. Seven months after that, data on unsuccessful applications is deleted. If we have your express consent to keep records, we will store your applicant data until you revoke it. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organization. You are not obliged to provide this personal data, but it is not possible to process your application without providing it.
