Digitalization and automation of your warehouse management
The demands on logistics and warehousing are growing almost daily. Only those who can meet the increasing demands of their customers stay in business.
With the logistics module of the AXAVIA ERP software, all functions for modern warehouse management are available. From the history of stock movements to the current storage locations of the products – the module knows the answers.
The recording of the stock movements is guaranteed with a barcode system
Batches & Serial numbers ensure up-to-date product tracking
Seamless data integration in the rest of the ERP software
Construction site bearings are used as a special feature in plant construction. The magazine management also provides convenient functions. Inventory lists make it easier to carry out the inventory quickly.
“Colli lists” and shipping documents for the transport also support transparent tracking outside of the warehouse right up to the customer.
Material master as a basis
The material master forms the basis for warehouse management. The basic data for each stock product is defined in the product catalogue. In addition to the commercial product information, the storage information is also defined. Information about the availability in the warehouse is also available at all times, so everyone has an overview of whether products are available in the warehouse.
With AXAVIAinventory you can manage any number of warehouse locations. In particular, construction site storage is a special feature in plant construction and can therefore be managed simply and easily. To simplify procurement, the address data and standard storage locations are defined and used automatically for goods receipt and goods issue. Structure your storage structure according to the real conditions. There are no restrictions in the level of detail. For easy project processing, AXAVIAinventory also provides consignment warehouses, where all project-related orders are temporarily stored until they are needed for assembly.
Stock is automatically created for each storage location and each product. This contains all information for inventory and goods movements. The inventory valuation is also derived from this accordingly.
Stock valuation according to the mean value method
The value of the inventory determines the balance sheet in many companies. AXAVIAinventory supports the user in determining the inventory value on a specific date. The determination is made using the mean value method. This means that a new mean value is calculated for the product with each arrival of a product
The survey of the actual stock as part of an inventory is a fixed part of every company. AXAVIAinventory supports, among other things, a simple and double inventory, whereby this can be carried out as a continuous inventory or as a key date inventory. You either enter the quantities in corresponding lists or straight away using barcode devices. In addition to the quantity, the evaluation of the value of the goods is also an important factor in inventory. This results in the corresponding stock value.
Quick traceability through batch and serial number
Enter batch and serial numbers for goods movements quickly and easily. With a search, AXAVIAinventory immediately finds those goods movements that relate to this batch or serial number. The corresponding storage location can be found at the touch of a button.
Minimum and reorder stock
It is important to have an immediate overview of stock levels that have fallen below the reorder level. Carry out the corresponding supplier orders directly in the warehouse management or pass them on to the purchasing department by means of a BANF. If stocks fall short, you can also activate a notification at any time so that bottlenecks in production are finally a thing of the past.
AXAVIAinventory supports working with barcodes for quick processing of the various tasks in warehouse management. Instead of entering the document numbers manually in the warehouse management, they are recorded using a corresponding barcode reader.
